I have used A1 Blinds Caerleon twice in 8-years. I went with them first time round after being impressed with their knowledge & advice. They advised something I wanted wasn’t suitable for the space I wanted which the other companies I had out did not advise which impressed me. The work was completed and finished to a high standard. The second time I had all windows in my house fitted with Venetian blinds including one set of perfect fit. Again all finished to a high standard. In the last week I have had my house redecorated and struggled to take one set of blinds down, a quick call to the office requesting a bit of advice resulted in a phone call from Jay who talked me through, we were still having problems taking down the blind over the phone so they sent out another chap, Lee the following day to help and was told there is a slight way to take down the blind with the fittings. Again really good service from the guys and helpful. How can you not want this level of Customer Service.

We’ve just had 7 Venetian blinds and 4 Perfect Fit blinds fitted by A1 Blinds. Jason, the fitter was superb. He arrived early, ensured that he had shoe coverings fitted, and greeted us with a cheery smile. His work was clean and professional. We would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of new blinds!
